Account & Registration Obligations
User/ You/shoppers have to register and login for placing orders on the Site.
You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for
communications related to your purchases from the Website / Mobileapp. By agreeing
to the terms and conditions, the You/ User /shopper agrees to receive promotional
communication upon registration. The customer can opt out by contacting the customer
All the products listed on the Website / Mobileapp will be sold at competitive price .
The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the
delivery. The prices of most of the products do fluctuate on a periodical basis. Prices
prevailing at the time of delivery is the final pricing and additional charges will be
collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order. The
sale of products listed on the Website/Mobileapp is subject to availability. The Haat
shall not be held liable in case, the product chosen by You cannot be supplied for
reasons beyond The Haat’s control.
Cancellation by Site / Customer
You as a customer can cancel your order at least 2 hours before the start time
of your delivery slot, you can simply call our customer care& request this change.
Refunds will be credited to your account. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction
by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the
Website / Mobileapp, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will
maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny
access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
What are the modes of payment ?
You can pay for your order on thehaatbazar.com using the following modes of payment
a) Cash on delivery
When will I receive my order ?
Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be automatically provided with a delivery
slot. Your order will be delivered to you on the day and slot. If we are unable to deliver the order during the
specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations) the same will be delivered at the
earliest slot available.
How will the delivery be done ?
We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet
of vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely
and accurate delivery to our customers.

What are delivery slots ?
Delivery slots are time slots during which you will receive your order THE HAAT BAZAR
currently offers 2 delivery slots each day. These are:
1. Slot 1 - 10:00 AM to 1:00 pm.
2. Slot 2 - 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Do you deliver in my area ?
Currently we are only serving the Bijni Town Area. If we are unable to deliver in your
area - we will inform you before checkout.
Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed ?
In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.
What You Receive Is What You Pay For
At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item as in the invoice.
Please report any missing item that is invoiced. As a benefit to our customers, if you
are not available at the time of order delivery or you haven’t checked the list at the
time of delivery we provide a window of 24hrs to report missing items. This is
only for items that are invoiced.
You can register for Smart Card Club by visiting the store and registering for the same.
Online purchases are eligible for loyalty points but customers can only redeem the points
by physically visiting the store.
